This was our second assignment at The Barrow Group’s Short Film Workshop. We took an existing scene and morphed it in a way pays tribute to the existing execution but also incorporates our own creative approach to the same idea.

My approach was a simple role reversal and shift of dialogue towards the end of the scene. It calls into question how the same exact situation can shift dramatically when the gender roles are reversed based on our pre-existing societal expectations of men and women.
